Muay Thai

Learn the fundamentals of Muay Thai during your 45 minutes class. Muay Thai techniques includes punches, knees, kicks and elbows. Class sessions will include skipping, shadow boxing, heavy bagwork and padwork. Also join our drills and sparring class where you will be paired with a partner to practice your techniques.

Boxing

Learn the fundamentals of Boxing during your 45 minutes class. Boxing techniques such as throwing a Jab, Cross, Hook and Uppercut will be covered in class during heavy bagwork or padwork. Other techniques such as footwork and head movements will also be practiced. Also join our drills and sparring class where you will be paired with a partner to practice your techniques.

BRAZILLIAN JU JITSU

Learn the fundamentals of  Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. BJJ is one of the world’s fastest-growing martial arts. It has been established as one of the most effective combat styles. Students of all ages practice the art for a variety of reasons, including self-defense, fitness and pure fun.
